E-Commerce Payments Specialist

Reporting to the Miu Miu Global Client Service Manager, the Miu Miu E-Commerce Payments Specialist will perform all e-commerce fraud & payments activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying solutions to optimize approval rates and reduce declines. This role involves understanding payment trends, identifying efficiency opportunities, and supporting order processing to deliver exceptional service aligned with Prada Group’s luxury standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and monitor payment platform configurations across all Prada e-commerce websites. Oversee fraud prevention, payments, and administrative activities internally and with partners like Riskified. Analyze and report on multichannel sales performance. Monitor chargeback outcomes and their reflection on anti-fraud platform invoices. Produce fraud check reports. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS At least 5 years of experience in payments platforms and anti-fraud roles. Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Knowledge of Adyen, Cybersource, and Riskified systems. Experience with Order Management Systems. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools. Project management abilities with planning and execution skills. Proactive mindset and critical thinking. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. International experience and cultural sensitivity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
