This is the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee retail projects in the Fashion & Luxury industry. You will have the chance to collaborate with major Italian and international fashion brands in a dynamic and stimulating environment. The Role You Will Play : Client interaction: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Listen carefully to their needs and work to ensure their satisfaction and the achievement of shared goals. Project objectives and monitoring: Lead project objectives, ensuring each phase proceeds according to plan. Monitor budgets and timelines, providing regular updates on progress and forecasts to clients and internal teams. Technical configurations and team interaction: Manage technical and functional configurations of the product, ensuring they meet client requirements. Collaborate closely with the technical team to align solutions with client needs. Resource coordination: Motivate and coordinate the project team, monitoring activities to ensure effective and timely execution while maintaining high morale and efficiency. Project documentation: Draft and maintain clear, transparent documentation at every stage, paying close attention to detail. Requirements While not all are mandatory, possessing these qualities will help you excel in this role: Education and experience: Degree in computer engineering or related fields. Experience in application consulting and managing complex projects in Retail or Distribution/Operations is advantageous. Proficiency in Office applications and basic SQL is essential. Technical and language skills: Curiosity and eagerness to learn new management software. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is fundamental. Customer and business orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth, with a passion for learning. Communication and leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and communicate effectively with clients. Flexibility and problem-solving: Adaptability and problem-solving skills are crucial. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad is required.
