Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Direct report to the Country Manager Italy Works closely with the agencies in the region Your profile: Lighting knowledge Technical and commercial skills Well-balanced tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with an intrinsic passion for excellent customer service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication including the ability to communicate empathy and be concise Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence Experience with Salesforce (nice to have) Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word Fluent in English and Italian Personal Attributes Result-oriented, with determination to over-achieve Polished, analytical, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter-minded Energetic Determined Self-starter with a desire to succeed High energy levels / enthusiastic Ability to execute Your responsibilities: Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting and monitoring agencies' work Develop a business case with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for regional expansion Find and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) Develop new projects and report in Salesforce Provide training to agencies and customers in Italy Work closely with agencies to present the BLE system and collaborate with HQ for system development Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing Meet targets and budget Manage internal relationships across channels and departments Who are we?
