Material Planner

Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in the consumer healthcare sector, is looking for a Material Planner. The Material Planner will be responsible for executing all activities related to the planning and procurement of raw materials and components. Key Responsibilities: Maintain raw materials and components inventories within target levels, while minimizing excess, obsolete, and expired materials. Ensure timely communication of all material delivery schedules to suppliers to meet plan requirements. Assess potential deviations to the plan with suppliers, evaluate the feasibility of changes, and promptly inform internal stakeholders if changes are not feasible. Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure seamless information flow and a fully integrated approach to delivering key metrics – Customer Service, Inventory, and Cost. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, in production scheduling, supply planning, or a related role within a healthcare FMCG manufacturing environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex production scheduling challenges. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
