Business Intelligence Senior Specialist

What you’ll do : You will join the team of Product Business Intelligence, specifically in business / product reporting, reporting directly to the Reporting Manager. You will develop reports and dashboards for product monitoring, feature performance across multiple brands and markets, enabling easy comparison of game performances. You will investigate business improvement trends, analyze gaps, reconcile online and offline gaming fees, and prepare and present reports and dashboards to key stakeholders. Who you are : You have at least 2 years of experience in reporting or data analysis. You hold a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (preferred). You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud. You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written. You are a solution-oriented individual with a creative mindset, a strong team player, bringing curiosity, positivity, and enthusiasm to your work. You know how to analyze data deeply, synthesize quantitative information, collaborate effectively, and communicate results clearly. Preferred qualifications : Previous experience in data analysis within the gambling industry, either nationally or internationally.
