Conveyancing Fee Earner

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous law firm based in West Yorkshire , which is in need of a Conveyancing Fee Earner . You will be responsible for your own caseload to include new builds, freehold, leasehold, sales & purchases as well as Sharia Compliant HPP transactions from instruction through to completion while being supported by Leap case management system & other members within the team. They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending upon experience. Key Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Fee Earner: Manage your own caseload, using your initiative, collaborating with colleagues, and working as part of a team to achieve department goals; have carer goals and ambitions for progression and personal development. Dealing with a wide and varied caseload as well as clients, working alongside talented and motivated colleagues, to deliver excellent client care and professionalism. Commercial conveyancing experience and the ability to lead, inspire, train and supervise members of the team, which include qualified and unqualified fee earners.
