Senior Sales Negotiator

Since 2009, our client has built an outstanding reputation as the go-to estate agency in the area, and they are now seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. Your new role Based at the Ormeau Road office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting valuers and leading a team of negotiators, while ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities will include: Managing property sales from instruction to completion Providing excellent customer service via email, phone, and in-person interactions Negotiating with buyers, sellers, and mortgage advisors Conducting viewings and closing successful sales Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in property sales and a strong track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
