Letting Negotiator / Lister

We require individuals with a positive, energetic, and resilient attitude, possessing excellent communication and lettings skills. Lettings experience and a full UK driving license/ car are mandatory, with a preference for candidates with at least 2 years' experience. Property Negotiator/ Lister Location: West Essex Salary: Base up to £30k (DOE) £60,000 OTE pa Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm; Saturday, 9am am to 1 pm (half a day off in lieu during the week) Flexible Saturday working. About the Role • Respond to leads from the website and relevant property portals. • Undertake property valuations • Meet the lettings branch targets • Maintain regular contact with Clients • Deal with let from instruction to move in • Build strong relationship with the local community via networking • Negotiating and Closing deals • Marketing and advertise properties on the relevant portals • Supporting the branch manager/ director To be a Lettings Negotiator/ Valuer, you need: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lettings negotiator with some listing experience (desired) • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong negotiations skills • High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills • Pro-active and confident nature • Ability to prioritize a busy workload and work well under pressure • Great customer service and a can-do attitude • Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required About our client Why you want to work here • Flexible Saturdays • Brilliant career progression • Lovely independent with over 35 years of experience combined
