Job Description

We are working with a premium hospitality group to find them a strategic and hands-on Digital Manager to lead their digital presence across a portfolio of standout London venues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, design-led restaurant and bar group known for bold concepts, high-energy guest experiences, and a modern approach to luxury hospitality. As part of a fast-moving marketing team, the Digital Manager will oversee the full digital ecosystem—covering website performance, CRM, SEO, and paid digital campaigns—to drive engagement, visibility, and commercial growth across multiple lifestyle-focused brands. Please note: This role is based full-time in office / on-site Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of all brand websites, ensuring UX, content, and functionality support both brand goals and business objectives Develop and manage paid media campaigns across social, display, and search, working closely with media and creative partners Own and evolve the CRM strategy, including segmentation, campaign creation, and performance reporting Collaborate with content and PR teams to maintain consistency across all digital channels Monitor KPIs and use data insights to inform strategy, improve conversion, and refine guest engagement approaches Lead SEO efforts and ensure content across all platforms remains relevant and optimised Keep up with industry trends and innovations to keep the brand ahead of the digital curve Support new openings and seasonal campaigns with tailored, high-impact digital strategies Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors Strong technical knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), SEO, and CRM tools (e.g. Mailchimp or similar) Proven success managing and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns Data-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite A creative collaborator with excellent communication and project management skills Passionate about innovation, brand storytelling, and enhancing guest journeys in the digital space Package & Benefits: Competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience Private medical insurance Paid sick leave (10 days fully paid) 50% dining discount across all venues Career development and progression opportunities A collaborative and forward-thinking team culture
