With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring an Onboarding Coordinator. This position is for communication savvy, confident, self-starters motivated to select the best candidates to join our growing team. This position is based out of our corporate office in Vittoria, ON and may require some travel for hiring events and job fairs. They are responsible for full-cycle recruitment including job posting creation, applicant screening, interviewing, and onboarding. ABOUT YOU Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have: High levels of organization, written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills Excellent computer skills The ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information Similar experience and knowledge of employment laws is an asset Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: hospitality, telecommunications, retail, administrative. HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN Create job posting and assist in advertising processes Screen applications and select favourable candidates Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors and other stakeholders Attend, participate, organize and advertise job fairs and hiring events Coordinate start date and detailed information with new employees and managers, trainers, IT, etc. for seamless onboarding Monitor completion of onboarding paperwork including employment agreement, payroll information, policy signoffs, etc Maintains and provides tracking analytics on recruitment and hiring data YOUR COMMITMENT This is a full-time, permanent role Work in office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday Some travel & after-hours may be required for hiring events HOW TO APPLY Interested in the role or want to learn more?
