Parts and Service Marketing Assistant Manager

Overview of the position: Lead marketing initiatives for Kia’s genuine parts, accessories, and aftersales services. This role involves developing promotional strategies, conducting market research, and leading, to ensure strong customer engagement and sales growth. Typical tasks: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote Kia’s parts and accessories. Lead and implement promotional activities to increase sales, dealer engagement, and customer retention. Design and manage seasonal and special promotions to drive revenue and customer loyalty. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning in the automotive parts industry. Analyze sales data, market conditions, and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies. Qualifications: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing. Experience in OEMs, automotive dealerships, or aftermarket sales is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Creativity and innovation to develop impactful marketing strategies. Experience leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel Years of experience: 7 Fluent English
