Etjca S.p.a. is seeking a dedicated IMPIEGATO/A BACK OFFICE for its Lecco office, supporting a well-established energy sector group with a focus on COLLOCAMENTO MIRATO - Legge 68/99. Responsibilities include: Data entry: inputting performance and contact center activities into the portal. Extracting invoices from portals. Entering contracts from indirect channels into the management system. Sending and verifying communications with clients. Required qualifications: High school diploma. Good knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience in back office activities. Computer literacy, teamwork attitude, and ability to work independently when needed. Attention to detail, punctuality, and organizational skills. Work schedule: Full-time, 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday. Contract: 12-month temporary with potential for permanent placement, classified under 2-3 level CCNL Gas-Acqua. Benefits include meal vouchers. Location: Lecco.
