Customer Solution Manager – Madrid & London

At HY Legal and Services , we are currently seeking a Customer Solution Manager on behalf of one of our valued international clients . In this role, you will support the technical onboarding and integration of strategic merchants into a dynamic short-form video commerce ecosystem. This is a temporary 6-month contract , offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, commerce, and content , helping global businesses implement scalable, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Location: Madrid, Spain & London, UK (Onsite – 5 days/week) Contract: 6 months (temporary) Language: English required; Spanish is a plus Industry: E-commerce / Digital Platforms / Social Commerce ⌚ Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical advisor during the onboarding of key merchants Manage integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Netsuite , and other OMS tools Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and engineering Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Collect market insights to support product improvements Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical account management, pre-sales, or solution architecture Experience with major e-commerce platforms and APIs Solid understanding of integration patterns and architecture Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Availability to work fully onsite in either Madrid or London What We Offer: The opportunity to contribute to projects shaping the future of digital commerce A collaborative, international environment Competitive compensation, aligned with market benchmarks To apply: Please submit your CV in English.
