The team handles a broad range of employment matters with a strong focus on commercial clients in the manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors , as well as some individual advisory work. You’ll be exposed to a good mix of contentious and non-contentious matters , plus corporate support work – all within a supportive, ambitious environment. ✨ What you’ll be doing: Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and discrimination matters Handling TUPE advice and employment aspects of M&A deals Supporting clients with day-to-day HR guidance and long-term strategy Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings Drafting contracts, policies and key documents Working closely with senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters This is a firm that gives you space to grow, shape your own caseload and progress at your own pace – with strong mentoring from senior leaders and a collaborative culture.
