You will participate in some of the most important e-commerce processes: dispatch, logistics and inventory. This vacancy is to receive and process orders from all channels, prepare and dispatch them to guarantee everything is shipped out on time and correctly. You will be surrounded by professionals who are easy to communicate with and 100% focused on results. The work environment is flexible, the internal demand is always to deliver what was agreed. In our office, our communication is 50% of the time in English, as we have international colleagues. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Receive and process daily orders from all sales channels Issue the Nota Fiscal to each order correctly Prepare the orders according to the nota fiscal on time and correctly Receive the transportation partners and arrange and manage the collection notes Deliver the packages to designated shipping points Make sure all deliveries are shipped out on time Maintain the order preparation station and inventory area clean and tidy Stock counting weekly Issue other stock related nota fiscal Coordinate with the warehouse to make sure local stock level is adequate Help with other logistics and inventory related issues
