Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to deliver consistent brand and service standards. Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and performance excellence. Support recruitment, training, and succession planning across the region. Operational Oversight Ensure all stores comply with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, deliver feedback, and provide on-site support. Sales & Financial Performance Monitor and analyze KPIs (sales, conversion rates, UPT, ATV, etc.) to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Optimize inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and manage markdowns. Customer Experience Promote the customer-centric culture by setting high customer service standards. Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Ensure stores reflect the brand image and deliver a seamless shopping experience. Strategic Planning & Reporting Contribute to long-term strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide regular reports on regional performance, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and HR teams to support regional initiatives. Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of multi-store retail management experience, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinker with strong business acumen. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
