What You Bring: 5 years in multi-store retail management (fashion/clothing preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills Proven ability to hit targets and drive regional performance Strategic mindset with solid business acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems A readiness to travel and be hands-on in the field
