Job Description

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Manage the switchboard and route calls appropriately Act as a liaison and support for public relations matters (PRO) Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager and other departments Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence Organise bookings and reservations (flights, accommodation, transport) Order office supplies and maintain stationery inventory Perform filing, photocopying, and general clerical tasks Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office Skills & Competencies Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and English Administrative Strengths: Highly organised with strong time management skills Able to multitask and prioritise effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skilled at managing confidential information Personal Attributes: Proactive and solution-oriented Calm and professional under pressure Able to handle challenging situations and individuals with tact Strong sense of ownership and accountability Service-driven and committed to delivering high standards Team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
