Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible in collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure up-to-date shipment information and on-time shipment. Responsibilities Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth transportation and logistics operations as well as resolve various concerns and escalate as needed. Prepare shipping details and documentation and provide up-to-date shipment information Ensuring timely updates of shipment details and updating system timely to meet deadlines Prepare reports and presentations on performance for freight meetings and other reports that the management may require. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations. Knowledge of freight transportation regulations, logistics operations, and industry best practices. Experience in freight planning and management Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze pricing data, market trends, and customer requirements. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) TMS and Oracle preferred Effective English communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication Preferably a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Transportation, Business, or related field.
