Project Manager Milestone Management

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the Milestone Management for our digital client. This client has a yearly calendar driven by seasonal events across all their direct-to-consumer digital properties, mobile, web, streaming. We are searching for someone who can lead and facilitate the end-to-end process of ensuring all internal digital media teams are aware of the business requirements of the expected milestone experiences. Facilitate planning and discovery sessions to build out all milestone project timelines and operational readiness plans within tight timelines and under high stress environment. This will require a specific level or organization and productivity. This person will work alongside other Project manager under adjacent teams to facilitate information and documentation. Required Skills & Experience - 5 years of Digital Project Management experience working with fiscal calendars driven by seasonal events - Lead and facilitate the end-to-end process of ensuring all internal digital teams are aware of the business requirements of the expected milestone experiences - Facilitate planning and discovery sessions to build out all milestone project timelines and operational readiness plans within tight timelines and under high stress environment - Create full-scale master program and project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple projects or components - Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones and deliverable tasks and develop project plans and schedules with cross-functional project leads - Understanding of the Digital landscape including Screaming, OTT, CTV, LiveTV, Mobile - Experience using the Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence for documentation Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
