Duties and Responsibilities: Travel to client locations to install, repair, and maintain equipment Provide excellent customer service and technical support Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and procedures Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
