Project Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with a solid track record delivering complex technology initiatives involving multiple Agile teams , ideally across international and cross-functional environments (USA & Europe) . This role is focused on strategic coordination , cross-team alignment , and end-to-end project delivery . You won’t be leading daily standups or Agile ceremonies — instead, you’ll be driving execution across teams, integrating their work into a unified, successful outcome. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of large-scale technology projects. Coordinate the work of multiple Agile teams and ensure cohesive delivery. Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and changing priorities. Track progress using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project . Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively. Ensure projects stay on track in terms of timelines, scope, and deliverables . Act as a servant leader, helping teams stay productive and removing obstacles. Navigate dynamic environments and adapt quickly to change. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in technical project management (web/app development). Proven success managing complex, multi-team Agile projects. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working across geographies and time zones (USA & Europe). Nice to Have PMP certification. Experience with SAP Background in multinational or distributed team environments.
