Marie, MI Start Date: June 16, 2025 Contract Duration: 13 Weeks with possible Extension Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed Pay Rate: Negotiable Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a temporary 13-week assignment. This role involves producing high-quality mammographic images and performing special procedures while maintaining regulatory and departmental standards. The technologist will also work occasional weekend shifts assisting with X-rays. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality mammographic exams using proper positioning and technique Conduct special procedures including: Needle localizations Specimen radiography Spot magnification views Stereotactic breast biopsies Bone densitometry (DEXA) if applicable Assist with general duties: stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining linen Complete preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed Perform daily quality assurance tests per regulatory guidelines Schedule: Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday Hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed) Weekends: One weekend per month (X-ray support alongside CT tech) On-Call: Not required
