Job Description Job Description Title: Senior Product Manager Location: Fully Remote (Onsite or Hybrid optional – Deerfield or Chicago, IL) Duration: 12 months (likely to extend into next fiscal year) & conversion to Direct Hire possible, but not a current priority. Job Description: A leading retail pharmacy chain is seeking a Senior Product Manager with domain expertise in Merchandising Finance Planning (MFP). This role focuses on financial planning across all merchandising categories, encompassing both top-down and bottom-up approaches. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, experienced in stakeholder engagement, and comfortable leading technical and functional aspects of third-party tool integrations—primarily Anaplan. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to gather and define requirements Drive the implementation and configuration of Anaplan in partnership with the vendor and CCI (integration team) Document requirements and prioritize features and enhancements Guide the design and delivery of the tool in coordination with engineering and business teams Support UAT, training, documentation, and change management initiatives Ensure alignment across stakeholders for seamless planning tool deployment Must-Have Qualifications: 5 years of product management experience Strong understanding of merchandising and merchandise finance planning Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and third-party integrations Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools Interview Process - 2 rounds: Round 1: Hiring Manager Round 2: Peer or cross-functional team member to assess broader PM capabilities
