IT Technician - Korean Speaking

Job Description Job Description SUMMARY Bilingual IT Technician - fluent in Korean and English. Onsite Bilingual IT Technician to support both our office staff and retail store team. You'll provide hands-on technical support, manage IT equipment, and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, SAP, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Onsite Contract 12 month REQUIREMENTS • Bilingual Korean/English • 2 years in IT support, preferably in mixed office/retail environments • BS or BA degree in computer science, or a related field is desired. • Hands-on experience with SAP and POS troubleshooting (Not a requirement) • Proficient with Windows OS, MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking • Familiar with remote support tools, imaging software, and ticketing systems • Able to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs) • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems, eliminate variables, and get to root cause of issues. • Available for onsite work at both office and retail location • CompTIA A, Network, or other certifications are a plus
