Join our team as a Medico Legal Record Coordinator and play a key role in managing and organizing critical medical records for legal purposes. As an Intake Coordinator , you would be responsible for processing authorizations for Record Retrievals. This involves data entry and open communication with outside facilities. As a Follow Up Coordinato r, you would be part of a dynamic team who is responsible for gathering multiple medical records for claimants from facilities. This involves data entry, follow-up phone calls and preparing documents for our clients. As a DQ Coordinator , you would be part of a dynamic team who is responsible for the flow of documents through our retrieval process, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing records are accurately processed and handled in a timely manner. Responsibilities for the record retrievals team include, but not limited to: · Communicating with medical facilities and offices confirm receipt of authorizations. · Building new cases and entering new authorizations within our proprietary software. · Following up with Attorneys on any authorizations with issues. · Communicate with facilities to proactively track and follow up on outstanding record retrieval requests to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. · Monitor the status of ongoing requests and take necessary actions to expedite the process · Update and maintain accurate records in our tracking systems, ensuring that all follow-up actions are documented, and deadlines are met. · Identify and resolve any issues related to incomplete, incorrect, or missing documentation, ensuring that the records are retrieved efficiently and accurately. · Upon receipt of records, uploading documents to cloud-based software. · Processing the incoming and outgoing documents in the document queue. · Providing QA checks to ensure compliance before sending to clients. Qualifications: · Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail · Not afraid to learn new technology/software. · Customer Service Experience preferred · Medical office experience preferred.
