Mercy Hospital Logan County Department: Emergency Department Status: Part time ( 24 hrs./ wk) Shift : Nights (7p - 7a) Incentives: Stay Premium Program Education Assistance Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad RN nurses Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance PTO/Vacation Time Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Shift Differentials Overview: Mercy Logan County is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital providing care to Observation, Inpatient and Swing patients. Our unit Patient/Nurse ratio is 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the Therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre-hospitalization lifestyle. Qualifications: Education : Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Physical requirements/demands : Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Certifications : ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe. emergency department , Ed,er, Logan county,Guthrie, part time,PT
