Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email. Assist customers with booking shipments, tracking freight, and resolving inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth cargo movement. Process and manage shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading, arrival notices, etc. Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates and solutions. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
