Job Description Job Description We are seeking full-time Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who is highly motivated and organized to join our legal team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in handling personal injury cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to the pursuit of justice for our clients. Responsibilities include: Conducting interviews with potential clients, offering regular updates, and responding to client inquiries in a professional and supportive manner. Maintaining and organizing files, monitoring and managing documents, and promptly responding to litigation matters. Handling medical record organization, updates, and billing for subrogation purposes. Assisting with drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and motions. Ensuring proper management of attorney calendars, court filings, and deadlines. The ideal candidate must have: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, and Excel. Effectively communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service. Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, positive attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate. Minimum three years of paralegal experience.
