Collections Representative About the Company Hybrid role as a Collections Representative Opportunity to work in a culture focused on personal growth, work-life balance, and collaboration Supportive environment that promotes continuous learning and creativity Empowerment to develop impactful solutions for a sustainable future Responsible for managing past-due commercial credit accounts Handle both inbound and outbound customer call interactions Requires effective communication and negotiation skills Strong emphasis on customer service excellence On-site amenities (walking path, gym equipment, summer food trucks) Regular team-building events and community service day Responsibilities of the Collections Representative Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding delinquent credit accounts via a dialer system Communicate effectively to determine causes of delinquency and establish payment arrangements Accurately document all interactions and account statuses Process electronic payments including debit, credit, and check by phone Maintain professionalism in interactions with internal teams and customers Perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications of the Collections Representative High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 6 months of call center collections experience preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills High level of integrity and accountability Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment Must be available to work the specified hybrid shift Location & Compensation Location: Twinsburg, OH Hybrid: (Remote on Mondays and Fridays, On-site Tuesday-Thursday) Compensation: Competitive base pay with performance bonuses $35,300 - $41,600 depending on experience INJUN2025
