Truck Driver/Fleet Manager - General Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver/Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations and ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will manage vehicle maintenance schedules, comply with safety regulations, and coordinate logistics while maintaining an organized and efficient fleet. This is a position for someone who wants to transition into a management position. You don't need previous managerial experience. Key Responsibilities Drive trucks to transport goods to various locations in a timely manner Manage the maintenance and repair schedules of the fleet to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transportation Coordinate logistics to optimize delivery routes and schedules Maintain accurate records of inventory, vehicle maintenance, and driver logs Supervise and train other drivers as needed Monitor regulatory compliance related to transportation and fleet operations Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Proven experience as a Truck Driver or Fleet Manager Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industry Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience in logistics and inventory management Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Benefits Health Dental Vision Bonus PTO Vacation Sick time Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
