Job Description Our client, a well-established and growing multi-site medical group serving the Staten Island community, is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician to join their dedicated team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a supportive outpatient setting with a manageable patient volume and a focus on quality care. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services Perform routine wellness exams and monitor developmental milestones Evaluate patient health status and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed Prescribe and manage treatment plans, including medications, therapies, and vaccinations Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain diagnoses, test results, and treatment options Refer patients to specialists or other practitioners when necessary Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation Participate in team-based care and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives Communicate on an ongoing basis with other health care providers and other staff on all aspects of the health needs of patients. Complete all necessary paperwork connected with duties, including progress notes in the medical records.
