Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support client cases. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Represent clients at court proceedings, mediations, and depositions. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome. Provide legal advice to clients and keep them informed about their case status. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members and other attorneys to ensure a cohesive approach to case management. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay updated on personal injury law changes. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must possess a valid license to practice law. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Proven trial experience and strong negotiation skills. Proficient in legal research and writing. Excellent skills in case management and client relations. Extensive experience in mediation, depositions, and legal document preparation. Strong knowledge of legal compliance and ability to provide legal advice. Exceptional conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think critically, pay attention to detail, and solve problems effectively. Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound decisions. Excellent time management and organizational skills. High level of professionalism and strong ethical stance.
