Must have the ability to work W2 and be authorized to work for any employer in the US. Some roles require schedule flexibility. Desired Skills: Basic troubleshooting - Dealing with basic computer, Microsoft, email, iPhone, AD, and VPN troubleshooting issues Need Excel and Outlook understanding Experience with ticketing systems Strong customer service skills and ability to escalate situations as needed
