About the Role: We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our client's team. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding support to our Spanish- and English-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat. If you are a strong communicator with a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally Document all customer interactions in internal systems Collaborate with internal departments to address complex issues Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using customer service tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
