Job Title: Call Center Representative Location: Otay Mesa, CA 92154 Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Contract (6 months, could go perm) Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Pay Range: $17.25 – $18.00 per hour About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Otay Mesa. This is a contract role , offering a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced customer service environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, or concerns. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system. Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a positive and courteous attitude in all customer interactions. Adhere to company policies and call center procedures to meet performance and quality standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous call center or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data efficiently while on calls. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday.
