Member Service Representative

Role & Responsibility: Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a courteous and professional manner. Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service to the members – both in person and remotely. Respond to email or other electronic request submitted by members. Respond to member request, problems and complains and/or direct them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance. Open new accounts and service existing accounts. Set up new account files and provide members with all necessary information to establish their membership. Research accounts for discrepancies as required. Assist members in balancing their accounts and with their proper completion of payroll deduction and/or direct deposit forms. May be required to perform some duties of loan clerk which may include tracking of insurances, liens, etc. Perform other duties as necessary or requested Skills & Experience: Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive High School Diploma or GED Great communication skills Understanding of all credit union products and services and the ability to present and explain those products to members.
