Job Description Job Description Job Scope: As a strategic partner to related business units, the HRBP will deeply understand business operational needs, deliver end-to-end HR solutions, drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee relations management, and ensure alignment of HR strategies with corporate goals and the company’s culture. As the local HR program leader, support to drive HR function’s continuous optimization and modernization. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate closely with related function like operations, engineering and commercial people leaders to diagnose business challenges and develop tailored HR plans (e.g., recruitment strategies for capacity expansion, performance optimization initiatives). 2. Deliver workforce analytics reports (e.g. talent gap forecasts, attrition risks) to support HR decisions. And work with team to identify workforce optimization opportunities through the analysis of workforce efficiency data (such as per capita output value and the input-output ratio of human cost), to lead and promote the implementation of the plan. 3. Address employee relations issues specific to manufacturing site (e.g., absence, discipline management, safety training). 4. Resolve labor disputes in compliance with Chinese labor laws and global corporate policies (e.g., anti-discrimination, anti-harassment standards). 5. Lead all personnel interview and recruitment in supported business unit, and work with Staffing Manager to optimize the recruitment channel (e.g., campus partnerships, agency labor management). 6. Develop talent reviews and implement skills/capability development plans for key roles in supported business units (e.g., production supervisor, manufacturing engineer). 7. Drive performance management effectiveness aligned with business goals and standard PMP process. 8. Design and deliver people solutions and HR upgrade programs (e.g., digitalize on-boarding/e-filing solutions, upgrading total rewards program, manufacturing competency development etc.). 9. Lead the employee engagement, recognition and communication activities for site level and specific business unit, continued drive the employee satisfaction. 10. Work and align with global HR teams to roll out global programs. 11. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. Skills/Competencies: - Results-driven with adaptability to fast-paced, execution-focused plant environments. - Business Translation: aligning HR initiatives with business outcomes - Stakeholder Influence: Secure executive buy-in for HR initiatives - Agility: Rapidly deploy lightweight solutions for evolving needs - Expertise in Chinese labor law and manufacturing workforce dynamics (e.g., comprehensive working hour systems, seasonal staffing). Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. 5 years in manufacturing HR, 3 years as HRBP, preferably in multinational or large-scale factories. 3. HRBP working experience with large manufacturing background in MNC Physical Requirements: Passionate and impulsive Ability to work under pressure Strong executive ability May need for meetings in different time zones but not often
