Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Scriptel. This remote position will require you to be based in the Rochester, NY area for occasional in-person meetings. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, reaching out to potential customers, maintaining current customer relationships, and assisting with customer inquiries to drive business growth. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service. Conduct sales activities, including prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and generating leads through research and outreach. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored solutions. Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the sales management team to create strategies that increase market share and achieve sales targets. Manage sales pipeline and track activity in the CRM system to ensure efficient sales operations and team success. Qualifications: 2 years experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to engage with potential customers and build relationships. Comfortable with making cold calls and following up on leads. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Strong computer skills with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools. Must have a valid drivers license. Must reside in or near Rochester, NY for occasional in-person meetings. Compensation: Base Salary: $40,000/year Commission and Bonus Pay: Based on performance Estimated First-Year Earnings: $65,000-$85,000 Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision insurance, Life Insurance, HSA, Parental leave, Paid time off, Cell phone reimbursement.
