About the Role This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are energized by: Guiding clients through the early stages of building a dream home or luxury structure. Turning complex design visions into actionable next steps. Building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and developers. Representing a brand known for craftsmanship, creativity, and professionalism. You’ll manage a robust pipeline of leads, many generated by our marketing team, and help clients make confident, informed decisions as they begin the journey to building something extraordinary. What We’re Looking For 5 years of sales experience, preferably in design-build, architecture, Interior Desing, construction, or real estate. Ability to understand and explain high-end building systems and custom options. Excellent communication and follow-up skills with a consultative approach. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Passion for design, architecture, and the details that elevate a project.
