Commercial Gas Engineer London and Surrounding Areas £55,000 - £60,000 A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a large and renowned building services provider working on a mobile basis across London and surrounding areas. The Commercial Gas / Heating Engineer will be working on commercial sites such as offices, retail stores, banks, data centres etc, as well as some high-end residential properties, carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, service and repairs of commercial boilers / combustion systems and appliances. The commercial gas engineer MUST hold in date ACS commercial and domestic gas qualifications. Duties To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial Boilers Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in boilers / burners, water heaters and any other associated plant / components Dealing with subcontractors where necessary Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times Requirements ACS Commercial Gas qualifications COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA, CORT1, TPCP1, ICPN Experience in either service and repair of commercial gas boilers / heating systems A strong proven engineering background within the combustion / boiler industry maintenance Field based service engineer experience Working to health and safety requirements Previous experience with a range of boiler and burner manufacturers Knowledge of steam, hot water and thermal oil boiler plant and digital combustion control Full UK Driving Licence Salary and Benefits £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary depending on experience Company van and fuel card Overtime 25 days holiday bank holidays Training Progression opportunities ADZN1_UKTJ
