Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Executive Location: Newcastle / Sunderland / Durham Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday, 10am–5pm (weekends and bank holidays required) Build Your Future with Our Client – Join the Team! The Role: As a New Homes Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of a development site, guiding potential buyers through the entire purchase process — from first enquiry to move-in day. You'll be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer journey at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of your assigned development, including presentation and customer engagement Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their home-buying journey Recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors to support buyers Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals Monitor market trends and implement local marketing initiatives Generate and follow up on leads to keep your pipeline strong Carry out home demonstrations and ensure buyers are familiar with their new property Maintain a safe and compliant on-site environment You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have: Proven sales experience (property or related industries preferred) Excellent communication and organisational skills A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service Confidence in handling administrative duties and digital systems A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What’s in It for You?
