As a growing business we are now looking for another Blind Installer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As a Blind Installer, you will expertly install window treatments at businesses, schools and hospitals throughout the area that elevate spaces and delight customers. Specifically, you will install blinds, curtains, and cubicle tracks to manufacturer specifications, as well as conducting site assessments and preparing materials and documentation for daily jobs. Alongside this, you will troubleshoot on-site challenges, applying practical solutions to keep projects running smoothly while consistently upholding strict health and safety standards and adhering to all relevant building regulations. Additionally, you will: - Communicate professionally with project managers and clients throughout installations - Share clear updates on progress and any issues that arise - Handle customer queries with professionalism - Complete all documentation and quality checks - Maintain company vehicle and tools About You To be considered as a Blind Installer, you will need: - A minimum of two years' experience as a carpenter or fitter commercial, educational or healthcare environments - Ideally experience with blind or curtain installations - Excellent customer-facing skills - The ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical people - A full, valid driving licence - A CSCS Card (or willingness to gain this) Other organisations may call this role Window Blind Fitter, Curtain Installer, Commercial Installer, Fitter, or Window Dressing Installer.
