Temporary Café Manager - Burnley £14 per hour | Daytime Shifts (9am-5pm) | Weekend Work Required We're on the lookout for an experienced Café Manager to step in on a temporary basis at our client's beautiful Café , Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, community-focused café set within a stunning park setting. You'll be overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth service during the busy spring/summer period, whilst are client recruits. What you need to know: Pay: from £14 per hour Hours: 9am-5pm (daytime shifts only) Availability: Weekend work is essential Location: Must be able to commute - no accommodation is provided What we're looking for: Previous café or hospitality management experience Confident leading a team and managing stock, rotas, and customer service A hands-on, can-do attitude with great communication skills Reliability, especially over weekends and holiday periods If you're ready to jump in and help keep the coffee flowing and the customers happy, we'd love to hear from you!
