Textile Production Operative

M4 Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading global interiors brand to recruit a Production & Sampling Operative for their Windsor-based warehouse. This is a rare opportunity to join a company recognised for luxury, craftsmanship, and precision in bespoke interior products. Key Responsibilities: Oversee production and sampling of luxury textiles and accessories Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines (including overlock and semi-automated) Ensure high standards of quality control for incoming and outgoing products Manage stock of packaging materials and production components Cut and inspect fabrics; pattern matching and low-waste cutting Work with SAP Business One and production management systems Support warehouse operations and cover for team members as needed Label, steam, and press fabric samples Maintain a clean and efficient working environment What Were Looking For: Proven experience operating sewing machines Proficiency in sewing techniques and fabric handling Highly organised, detail-oriented, and quality focused Positive, proactive attitude with great team communication Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred Benefits Include : Private Healthcare Health Cash Plan Company Pension Scheme Annual Bonus Scheme Gym Membership Career development opportunities M4 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and operates as an employment business.
