2 X Night positions: 30 hours per week, 9 pm - 7 am 1 X Day position: 35 hours per week, 7 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 9 pm We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Ridgemount Banstead, where we provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your Role: Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and meals Provide emotional and social support, promoting dignity and independence Engage residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to deliver exceptional care Maintain accurate records and follow care plans What We're Looking For: A caring and patient approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in a care setting is desirable Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care) are a plus Please note all applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK to apply for this role. Ridgemount in Banstead is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 66 residents.
