CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Executive on a permanent full-time basis, based in Lisburn with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per year, bonus/commission, and an extensive benefits package. The hours of working for the Sales Executive will be: Mon Thurs: 8:30am to 5:00pm Friday 8:30am to 2:00pm The role will be on-site with no hybrid/remote model at this time. Our client: Over 40 years in business with a customer base throughout the UK and Europe with a projected sales target in excess of £100 million. Multiple award winners with ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation. Over 500 employees with sites in NI and England. The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Executive will: Cold call generating leads and converting these leads to sales opportunities. Seek to achieve monthly revenue targets. Have access to a client base of over 2,500 trade customers. Develop and maintain product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service. The person: 3 years minimum in a Telesales role. Demonstrable experience in hitting sales targets. MS Office and CRM software proficiency. Able to understand and stay up to date with product knowledge. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Able to build rapport, negotiate, solve problems and overcome objections.
