WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER (NIGHT SHIFT) Hours: Nights - Monday to Thursday (22.00PM - 06.00AM) Annual Salary: £32,000 (including night shift allowance What's in it for me? People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader (Night shift) to join our well-established client based in Swindon on a full-time permanent basis. Site Parking Site Canteen and modern working environment Day to Day Duties: Supervise, support, and coordinate the warehouse team during night operations Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure team compliance Oversee stock movement, order picking, packing, and loading Report any issues or incidents and ensure timely escalation Complete shift handovers and ensure accurate records are kept Essential Skills: Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role (night shift preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving Good knowledge of warehouse health & safety protocols Desirable Experience: Counterbalance forklift licence – highly beneficial What training is provided?
