We are now offering a new position in our Laduree International Development team in order to accelerate our development strategy. We are looking for our International Development Manager, who would report to our Chief of Franchise and International Development. About the Role Joining a team of 6 people, the Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the international development strategy and ensuring the successful execution of the company's development plan. Responsibilities Developing local contacts in each market identified in the company's development plan entrusted to them with finesse and efficiency Identifying partners, knowing how to build trusting relationships, analyzing their financial health, and challenging the Business Plan to be included in the contract Leading negotiations, alongside their management and the legal department, with a win/win logic and long-term relationships Monitoring the progress of projects from signing to inauguration by mobilizing the appropriate internal stakeholders Tracking the advancement of the development plan, preparing committees for location approvals Identifying complementary development opportunities: markets, cities, partners Required Skills • Solid experience in a Development Manager position with knowledge of real estate of more than 10 years • Confirmed professional exposure to the European and American markets, for Food and Beverage, Coffee shops or retail activities • Mastery of financial analyses: income statements, Business Plans, profitability • Cultural agility ; an experience abroad would be adapted • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work in project mode and leadership • Field-oriented: extensive travel expected (> 60%) • Ability to communicate in french would be appreciated • Ability to build a strategy, an action plan, and reporting• Strong assertiveness• Curiosity Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
