Our client, a top notch player in the corporate clothing and promotional merchandise industry , is looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Accounts Manager to run their end-to-end client portfolio — from sales and supplier negotiations to final delivery and distribution. As the Key Accounts Manager , you’ll take full ownership of the corporate wear division, acting as the central point between clients, internal teams, and suppliers. Your mission? To deliver high-quality garments on time, uphold brand excellence, and keep clients coming back for more. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for major corporate clients — nurturing, growing, and retaining long-term relationships Understand and anticipate client needs; provide tailored garment solutions, samples, branding, and pricing Present product concepts, solutions, and full-service plans through in-person and virtual engagements Manage the full order lifecycle — from client brief to delivery and post-service support Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers to meet project and margin expectations Coordinate internal departments (production, branding, warehouse, procurement) to ensure smooth and timely delivery Handle tender presentations, SLA implementation, and large-scale uniform rollouts Solve client complaints and follow up on quotes, orders, and project progress Attend corporate events, exhibitions, and networking functions to represent the brand and build your portfolio Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase category spend and product penetration Maintain accurate records and produce activity reports for internal use and strategic review What You Bring to the Table Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management or sales in the corporate wear, textile industry (no other industries will be considered) Proven background managing national accounts, tenders, and large client rollouts Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment production, branding methods, and product lead times Excellent negotiation skills with both clients and suppliers Proficiency in Microsoft 365 , ERP or CRM systems Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and client expectations under pressure Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities A customer-first mindset with strategic thinking and sharp attention to detail Valid driver’s license, on vehicle and willingness to travel nationally as needed Preferred Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) — essential Diploma or training in Sales, Textiles, Clothing Manufacturing, or Business — advantageous Basic commission Recruiting with integrity – Omega People Solutions.
